A gooseneck trailer is defined by
the existence of a pivoting coupling arm
attached to a ball that is mounted in the
bed of a vehicle, typically a pickup
truck. The hitch is almost always mounted
over the rear axle in the truck bed. A
gooseneck trailer will often be utilized
for heavy loads and equipment towing
rather than a standard bumper pull trailer
because of its increased stability and
tighter turning radius. When considering
the type of trailer you want to purchase,
consider things such as your budget,
purpose, weight to be pulled, physical
size of expected loads, turning radius,
stability requirements (especially with
possibly shifting loads), etc. and then
let us help match the right trailer to
your needs.
